Consultations, technical assistance, training, and reports can a) build the capacity of legal institutions to carry out their missions, and b) help legal professionals better perform their duties.

These services can be provided in the following areas: legal reform, institutional reform, parliamentary reform, legislative drafting, court system reform, court administration and case management, and civil society development.

Training on a wide range of legal subjects can be provided to members of parliament, parliamentary staff, ministry officials, civil servants, judges, prosecutors, lawyers, mediators, court personnel, and representatives of civil society organizations.

Special training is available concerning:

  • All aspects of legislative drafting and the legislative drafting process, including policy development, making legislation practical and effective, the content and structure of legislation, open legislative drafting processes, etc.
  • All aspects of training, including the training cycle, how to deliver training, interactive methodologies, working with audiences, how to make effective presentations, monitoring and evaluation, etc.
  • Non-verbal communication, a special master class to help legal professionals and officials to more effectively use their own body language and more accurately read the body language of others.
